Tragedy has struck Houston's restaurant community as one of their own was found murdered earlier this week. ABC 13 Eyewitness News (KTRK) reports Joe Angel Ramos — recently hired manager at Nino's on 2817 W Dallas St — had gone missing for ten days and was found earlier this week. Ramos' body was recovered from a retention pond at Willow Waterhole Greenway Park where he "was weighed down with an object." It's unknown who killed him and what the motive could have been.
Prior to his managerial duties at Nino's, Ramos worked at shuttered La Strada and Arcodoro for several years.
