BB's Cafe is set to expand even further outside of the Loop than its Briargrove location that opened this spring. According to CultureMap, the local Cajun chain with a Texas twist will open in Katy. The forthcoming restaurant will be located at 406 W Grand Parkway South, Ste A-400 and is expected to open in 2015.
Additionally, Culturemap reveals BB's Cafe on Montrose — the chain's first location — will keep later hours than it currently does. Brooks Bassler, owner of BB's Cafe, shares news that the restaurant will stay open for 24 hours and will go by a new name. The tentative name of the Bassler owned restaurant is BB's 24 which will feature "fresh baked buttermilk biscuits and, in a first for the concept, hamburgers and hand-cut fries." Culturemap notes the new concept could roll out by New Year's Eve.
