So Houston got skipped by Top Chef Texas and was named one of America's fattest cities, but the Bayou City does have some bragging rights. Perhaps it contributed to our status of the latter, but according to Zagat, Houstonians dine out more than residents of any other U.S. city.
At an average of four meals out a week, residents here aren't very inclined to home cooking, it seems. Interestingly, the top four spots were all Texas cities, with Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio close behind.
