The Bird & The Bear, Ouisie's American Bistro is opening for lunch and dinner October 20. This is the third restaurant opened by chef/owner of Ouisie's Table, Elouise Adams Jones. Co-owner of the new concept, which occupies the space formerly housing Tony Mandola's Gulf Coast Kitchen, is Ouisie's Table general manager, Wafi Dinari. According to a press release the menu is "a wonderful blending of Southern favorites, innovative takes on familiar foods and even international additions like Moroccan tagines." [Eaterwire]
