Culturemap speculates that Alamo Drafthouse is moving into the SculptureWorx compound just off Taylor and Sawyer, but Swamplot says "not so fast." An unnamed source told CM the food/drink movie theater "plan[s] to open a new central Houston location in the Sculpturworx compound," while Swamplot reports "there’s 'nothing definitive' about any Alamo Drafthouse plans," from the current property owners. Guess we'll just have to wait and see whether or not we'll be sipping booze and watching movies inside the loop anytime soon. [Culturemap, Swamplot]
