Buffalo Bayou Brewing has been eerily silent lately, but it's because they're getting ready for December. Founder and CEO Rassul Zarinfar told Eater that the brand new Houston Brewery is "cautiously optimistic" that they'll be releasing an 11% Gingerbread Imperial Stout sometime in December.
