Thanks to a mention in our favorite restaurant newsletter, B4-U-Eat (other than Eater Houston, of course), we now know that Torchy's will be opening SOON. On the Torchy's blog, the looming date of December 2011 mocks us with its so-close-yet-so-far-away-feeling opening. One can never have enough tacos, right? Just ask the #30DaysNoTacos dude.
