The chefs of Quattro (in the Four Seasons Hotel) and Stella Sola are swapping restaurants for a special duo of dinners; one held at each location.
According to a press release, chefs Adam Dorris of Stella Sola and Maurizio Ferrarese of Quattro "will create a four-course, Italian-inspired dinner with a different menu for each."
Chef Ferrarese presents his dishes at Stella Sola Dec. 1, chef Dorris will be at Quattro Dec. 2. Cost is $58/person per dinner. Reservations are encouraged.
