The dynamic duo of Seth Siegel-Gardner and Terrence Gallivan are back and offering a new series of psuedo-pop-up dinners called InResidence. The owners of Pilot Light RG are established chefs with hefty resumes boasting fancypants restaurants from around the world and a track record of successful pop-up dinners here in town including the Just8 Project.

If you're confused as to where these dinners are going down, it's "a temporary space that we are inhabiting as a culinary workshop, while we search for a more permanent space," according to a newsletter. As far as the actual menus go, Culturemap says they're "five courses, with a few extras thrown in for good measure, and BYOB. The cost is $88 per person, paid in advance."
