Paul Galvani, Houston's food truck dude (he's writing a food truck guide) visited Pi Pizza Truck and found out that they want a little droop in their pizza. Owner Anthony Calleo told Galvani, "It needs to be able to take the weight of the toppings and have a slight droop, not be Viagra straight." Other than discussing droopy pizza philosophies, Galvani also tastes tests a variety of their pies including a token stoner-themed slice called "The 420," which is "topped with tomato sauce, the custom cheese blend, corn chips, barbecue sauce and spicy wing sauce."
