It was back in September that chef Ronnie Killen of Killen's Steakhouse in Pearland announced his participation in "a very special dinner" at the James Beard House in New York City. The date of this "Steakhouse Holiday"/Gulf Coast themed dinner is nearing (December 20), and we have a copy of the menu.
