Who knew people were so passionately for or against the sandbox that was once a staple at Lupe Tortilla off 59? Swamplot is reporting that Lupe is doing away with the sandy, juvenile cesspool (just kidding, sort of) in favor of a deck expansion, but more interesting are the back and forth comments praising or berating restaurants with sandboxes for kids.
