Triniti Restaurant, chef Ryan Hildebrand's concept of "sweet, savory and spirits" has slowly been taking shape over the past year, but now the staff is in place, the booths are installed, the floors have been polished and all that awaits are the final details before the tentative open date of December 13 arrives.
While you probably already know that the dream team in the kitchen consists of Executive Chef, Ryan Hildebrand; Chef de Cuisine, Jose Hernandez; Chefs Greg Lowry and Matt Lovelace; we've got the names of the rest of the crew. Rounding out the front of the house are Fred Zennati, Director of Operations; Brett Story, General Manager; Briana Averyt, Bar Manager; Armando Nunez, Manager; and Sarah Meyer, Manager.
