Perry's Steakhouse, based in Houston (it started out as a family owned butcher shop), is opening up its first San Antonio location later this month. This will make nine locations for the chain of upscale steakhouses, though the newest location is described in a release as the "next evolution of Perry's — more open and 'approachable.'" [Eaterwire]
