Next Monday, we'll present the Eater Awards 2011, a yearly celebration/friendly competition of all that's made America's restaurant world run—and run wild—in the past twelve months. Winners will be selected on both the local and national levels in five major categories, and today you can participate by voting.
Here's how it works: Eater editors have selected nominees for each category which include Restaurant of the Year, So Hot Right Now, Chef of the Year, Bartender of the Year and Best Bathrooms. Eater readers will vote, narrowing the nominees to three finalists. From those three finalists, the Eater editorial team will select a winner. Ready to play your part? Polls are open for 24-hours; voting irregularities will be strictly policed. Today's vote: Houston's Restaurant of the Year.
