It's a Christmas miracle (you can never have too many of those): Triniti is planning to open on Christmas Eve. Yes, they originally told Eater they'd be opening today, December 13, but as things happen in the world of opening restaurants, the date was pushed to the 24th. Maybe Santa will drop by the "sweet, savory and spirits" themed restaurant before he begins his Houston rounds. [Eaterwire]
