In some major Houston beer overlap, upcoming brewpub City Acre Brewing's Matt Schlabach was featured in AAA Texas magazine for having placed three years out of four in the Saint Arnold Brewing Company's One Pot Showdown. In the interview, Schlabach describes his team the Carnies' winning strategy for the annual cook-off that takes place every January and requires contestants create a single dish using Saint Arnold Beer.
