It's not often that Culturemap does reviews, but this week, Sarah Rufca took on Elouise Jones' latest project, The Bird & The Bear. She finds the escargot "chewy and overcooked," the texture of her bacon, lettuce, cheese and fried green tomato sandwich, "all wrong," but finds the daily special of ravioli was a "nice dish, but not the kind of plate that turns a meal around."
