New York City is borrowing not one, but
two several notable Houston chefs - one a few for meats, one a few for sweets. As previously seen on Eater, Ronnie Killen of the upscale Killen's Steakhouse in Pearland was invited to cook at the James Beard House tonight for a special "holiday steakhouse" themed dinner. And for dessert, Houston's own pastry supahstah and Top Chef Just Desserts contestant, Rebecca Masson will be stepping in to help out. UPDATE: Masson is NOT flying solo; she's with the crew to assist Killen's pastry chef, Johnny Wesley, who's responsible for the desserts tonight. [Twitter]
