B4-U-Eat announced in its newsletter the opening of Pizaro's Pizza Napoletana, a pizza restaurant certified by some Italian pizza organization known as the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Local food writer, J.C. Reid literally couldn't wait to try it out and had the following tweets reviewing the specific pizza quality of char: "I think the oven temp was a bit low. Could use more of a quick char. Fixable." Followed by this analysis: "Unfortunately Houstonians are notoriously anti-char when it comes to pizza. ('Why is my pizza burnt?')." [B4-U-Eat, Twitter]
