The saga of non-payment continues over at Ruggles Grill with an update from Katharine Shilcutt on the proceedings between chef and owner Bruce Molzan and his former staff. Molzan has admitted to owing back wages and has brought in auditors and a new manager to review payroll records. Jeremiah Villarreal, a waiter and participant in the walk-out, "says that in the six months he worked for Ruggles, he never once received a standard payroll check." [EOW]
