The fancypants resort on Lake Conroe, La Torretta, is facing foreclosure. The resort is home to the uber-upscale restaurant, Chez Roux, which Alison Cook once wrote was "one of the finest restaurants in the Houston area, if not the state." However, don't cancel reservations just yet, according to the Houston Business Journal, "the resort will still operate while foreclosure proceedings get under way." [HBJ via CHRON]
