A little bird is reporting that famous Theo's (formerly One's A Meal) curmudgeon and waiter John Katsimikis has left his post. "This from my in-laws who are Theo's regulars and friendly with the other server, Leslie, who's been there for years. They heard that he quit in a huff and walked out mid-shift."
