The dispute between St. Stephen's Episcopal and the new Montrose H-E-B appears to have been resolved. On Monday, County Judge Ed Emmett signed off on the store's beer and wine license. Now the wall of soda barricading the beer and wine section of H-E-B can finally be torn down. We welcome change and openness. [Culturemap]--Nikki Metzgar
