Initial website landing pages for both Underbelly and The Hay Merchant are finally up, fueling the fire for rabid craft beer lovers and pork-o-philes alike. The two neighboring venues from arguably the best chef in town (known for his love of the porcine variety) and some of the most celebrated mixologists in the country, have already provided significant buzz before opening dates have even been announced.
Late last week The Hay Merchant twitter account announced the approval of permitting while Underbelly posted the first link to its new website saying, "There's a small peak into the concept on there for ya..." Anyone else think the new Underbelly logo is Astro-esque?
