The Laurenzo family, owners of iconic Tex-Mex joint El Tiempo among many others, changed their short-lived Heights Chispas del Tiempo concept to something completely different. After only a few short months, Houston diners were blindsided when the fajita/barbecue concept abruptly shuttered. Reopening this week as Bambolino's Pizza, the new place will focus on take-out and delivery of what else...pizza. [B4-U-EAT]
