The farm fresh/everything local/rotating seasonal menu restaurant, Sorrel, is just on the cusp of opening day, which is slated for next Tuesday evening, July 19. Partners in the endeavor are Ray Salti and chef Soren Pedersen of Ray's Grill, which is located in the boonies otherwise known as Fulshear to us city folk. The urban bistro (located in River Oaks - not the boonies) will also offer a charcuterie bar with house-made cured meats, imported charcuterie and local cheeses.
