Lauren Barrash, owner of The Wave (a shuttle service), is contemplating using some of her property on Washington Avenue as a rotating, mobile food court. The space is currently used as a parking lot for Wave patrons. Barrash thinks as many as eight food trucks could rotate in and out wants it to become a "mini-transit center that happens to have a totally cool food-truck park." [CHRON]
