The conversion of Catalan is complete. The Grant Cooper and Charles Clark-owned Spanish restaurant that branded its former chef, Chris Shepherd as a formidable force of Houston cuisine, is officially Coppa Ristorante Italiano, now led by chef Brandi Key.
