Bootsie's Heritage Café is back up and running, but instead of chef Randy Rucker churning out dishes, it's his mother (Bootsie herself) catering to the good folks of Tomball. It's "Out with the New - In with the Old" for the Beard-nominated restaurant with menu changes including "the old comfort food we all love to eat plus [...] some fantastic Bar-B-Q."
