stinkytofu.jpgHouston Press critic Katharine Shilcutt gives a review of Yummy Kitchen, a Taiwanese restaurant with cuisine that's "not for the faint of heart." The star of the review is the stinky tofu, which is made with "Fermented milk, dried shrimp, amaranth, mustard greens and more combine to create a potent liquid that imparts a strong, manure-like scent to the tofu." Um, yummy? [EOW]
