The Austin-based Tex-Mex chain, Chuy's (with locations all around Houston), is going public. Filing for an initial public offering of up to $75 million last Friday, Chuy's will use the capital raised to spawn more Chuy's, which has already expanded into Nashville, Louisville, Birmingham and Indiana. And yes, this is the same Chuy's that Zagat mistakenly included on a list of the Best Houston North African Restaurants not long ago. [Austin Biz Journal via Eater Austin]
