In the least shocking announcement ever, Bravo has confirmed that Season 9 of Top Chef will, in fact, be in Texas. Emeril Lagasse and Hugh Acheson will be joining the usual gang as judges.
Also: San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin are all confirmed as shooting locations. As Eater Houston previously reported, the latest announcement confirms rumors that Houston was left off the itinerary. Perhaps it's because we wouldn't pay up?
