Houston patio dining is going to the dogs...soon. Paws on Patios, an advocacy group pushing for Houston health regulations to allow for dogs on restaurant patios, announced today that it may only be a matter of days before the new regulations take effect.
Why so quick? Pat Walsh, Paws on Patios founder, informed Eater that no city council action would be needed and that the change will be implemented administratively through the health department. Take that, bureaucracy.
