Houston's food adventuress/food critic Katharine Shilcutt likes stinky tofu and couscous, but this week finds herself eating vegan/gluten-free Mexican cuisine at the new Radical Eats. But before you groan in disapproval (you lard lover, you), Shilcutt has a fondness for the place claiming, it's "Mexican food so good, you won't want to tell your friends it's vegan."
