Gator, It's What's for Dinner (for Chef Caswell)

Chef Bryan Caswell, of Reef, Little Bigs, Stella Sola and El Real Tex-Mex, went hunting in Anahuac for alligator over the weekend. From the look of this big ass gator, Caswell was pretty successful in his endeavors. Someone get this man a reality show already.
