One More Reason to Hate McDonald's

The incredibly paranoid legal department at McDonald's is disputing a trademark from the Houston restaurant, Jus' Mac. The Heights restaurant serves only macaroni and cheese dishes and is locally owned, which leaves nothing to be confused with the fast food giant. McDonald's is basing their claim on the similarities between the word "mac" in the restaurant's name and the name of some of their sandwiches like the Big Mac. [Houston Chronicle]
