Prego, the casual trattoria in Rice Village, is announcing a special, gluten-free menu, including pastas made from stuff other than gluten. The pastas in some of the dishes offered are made with corn or potato flour to accommodate those poor, poor souls that are allergic to gluten. As a bonus, there's even dessert selections that include a flourless chocolate cake. [Eaterwire]
