To celebrate the new health regulations allowing dogs on restaurant patios, Mayor Annise Parker headed to lunch at Ziggy's Bar + Grill in Montrose...with a dog in tow (also pictured, city council representative, Ed Gonzalez, Ziggy's owner Kevin Strickland and Paws on Patios founder, Pat Walsh with his dog Lucy). Ziggy's was the first restaurant in the entire city to receive their permit under the new regulations fought for by local grassroots organization, Paws on Patios.
