When pastry chef Rebecca Masson isn't injuring herself on Top Chef Just Desserts photo shoots, creating ice cream sandwiches, making googly eyes at Hugh Acheson or baking stuff to sell at Revival Market, she goes to New York and hangs out with the guys from Big Gay Ice Cream.
Teaming up with fellow Top Chef Just Desserts chef contestant, Amanda Rockman, Masson will be getting a "crash course in Salty Pimping" and getting her "soft-serve chops into shape" next Tuesday as she rubs elbows with Big Gay Ice Cream owners (and TCJD recap writers), Doug Quint and Bryan Petroff.
