Cat Cora Gets Flighty

catcoraskitchen.jpgCat Cora, of Iron Chef fame is opening up a restaurant in Houston. But it's probably not a place you'll visit for dinner regularly unless you're an avid traveler. Cat Cora's Kitchen will be in Terminal E of George Bush Intercontinental Airport with plans to serve tapas and cocktails with locally sourced ingredients. But eating here won't be a drop in the bucket, prices at her San Francisco airport restaurant range from $7 for a seasonal fruit plate to $25 for half a dozen oysters. [Houston Biz Journal]
