As things in the world of opening restaurants go, Peruvian upscale restaurant, Latin Bites' dates have been pushed back due to *gasp* "the permit situation." There's no set date as of yet (although the website says they are still aiming for a soft opening around the 16th of this month), but co-owner Rita Castre tells Eater that the restaurant's tentative schedule for an opening party will fall sometime at the beginning of February.
