Freetail Brewing, once slated to open a second location in downtown Houston, is getting some attention after posting a very unique response to a cease & desist letter from another brewery's lawyer. The controversy arose over the use of "Hopasaurus Rex," which Freetail willingly ceased using (complete with an illustration of a T-Rex waving white flags), telling the lawyer to "please tell them [the client] that they could have just asked us nicely and saved the legal fee."
