Bernie's Burger Bus is adding to their beefy success and starting a truck that will serve something entirely different: bratwurst. Bernie's owner, Justin Turner tells Eater the new truck will be named Bernie's Brats and will be stationed somewhere downtown near the courthouse. The bratwursts served will be from a local producer and local meats, the pumpernickel, pretzel and pain de mie buns from Slow Dough will be developed in a "U" shape to perfectly fit the sausages and you know the condiments will be house-made.
