Houston Press went out on a limb for this week's review, dining at the macaroni and cheese concept, Jus' Mac. Food critic, Katharine Shilcutt found the frito pie mac and cheese to be the "altogether perfect dish," while the Buffalo chicken macaroni had chicken that was "rough, tough and dry." She also found the rustic mac and cheese was "similarly disappointing." However, she did find one "the best meatball sandwiches" she's ever had in the city hiding behind all those pasta dishes.
