Philip Wattel, an independent franchise owner of two Berryhill restaurants in the Houston area, is being sued for sexual harassment. Two former female bartenders accuse Wattel of groping and indecent exposure in a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) lawsuit filed Tuesday. They are seeking a "permanent injunction prohibiting the company from engaging in further employment discrimination or retaliation, as well as back pay, compensatory damages and punitive damages."
