Eating Our Words points out in their weekly "Opening & Closing Report" that a new food truck will start serving the public tomorrow. The Waffle Bus, serving "gourmet waffle sandwiches" will be celebrating their grand opening in front of Bo Concept from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. tomorrow.
