Time to get your healthy buffet on in downtown, because Georgia's Market, an organic, local themed cafe/market/cellar is serving it up as of a few hours ago.
The Cafe: breakfast and lunch will be served on the buffet and steam table, dinner will be available from a "bistro" menu with items like soup, sandwiches and burgers. Seating is spacious and available both downstairs and upstairs in a loft-like area with giant windows facing downtown. If you sneak away past the market area on the other side, you'll find a "book nook" upstairs with a mini library, comfy armchairs and a nice, quiet feel. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire building.
The Market: a large section towards the back with dry goods, organic produce, meats, sausages and even holistic remedies and vitamins. Most of the meats and produce come from the owner's ranch, located just a hop, skip and a jump away in Waller, Texas.
The Cellar: one level down from the main cafe, the bar is located in a small but cozy space. Serving beer (three Karbach taps and two No Label) and wine, guests will be able to order from the bistro menu in the evenings and dine in the bar.
