Hank's Ice Cream owner Hank Wiggins passed away on December 31. He and his wife Okemah opened their South Main store in 1985, and served the city scoops of everything from Grape Nuts flavor to their beloved butter pecan. The shop will reopen next week, but Wiggins will be missed. [Chron]
