Chopped Judge is Filming Cooking Channel Show Here

Amanda Freitag is a former Iron Chef contestant, recurring judge on Food Network's fast-paced cooking competition, Chopped and now, a contributor to television show, Unique Eats. It's the latter that brought her to town over the weekend, researching places to showcase in the Cooking Channel production.

Obviously she had a chance to scope out burger haven, Hubcap Grill, as pictured above, but Freitag's Twitter stream shows she made additional stops at Revival Market, Beaver's and El Real.

Tipsters also tell Eater that filming next week may include the Eatsie Boys as well as some of the aforementioned places visited this weekend. A description on Cooking Channel's website describes Unique Eats as "showcasing America's most exciting and revolutionary restaurants."
